Ireland

You can drive across Ireland in about four hours. Doing that is the standard mistake. The distances are short and the roads are not, and the whole point of the west coast is that you keep stopping.

Bring a rain jacket and stop checking the forecast. It will rain, then it will be bright, then it will rain again, often within one hour.
